The Waterfront Business Park is being marketed around the world on the website www.waterfrontbarrowbp.com by Furness Enterprise (www.furnessenterprise.co.uk). Marketing is highlighting the fact that The Waterfront is within one of the UK's few Assisted Areas where special discretionary grants are on offer. It also has a catchment area that draws on highly skilled people who live and work in Furness and tremendous opportunities to access watersports or and provide waterfront homes.
