The Waterfront Business Park

Work on the construction of the initial phase of the multi million pound Business Park is due to be finished in November 2008. The Business Park is central to success of "The Waterfront, Barrow-in-Furness" regeneration scheme aiming to create up to 1,500 jobs over a decade.It will be linked to a planned 450 berth marina and a 650 home marina housing village by foot and cycle bridge across Ramsden Dock.

Business Park occupiers are  likely to include a wide range of businesses requiring office, research, development, industrial, storage, warehousing and distribution facilities.

Plots of land are available to purchase and the developers will also be constructing office and industrial units for lease. Prices are very competitive at around £80-100,000/acre.
